204 all key lost bug is really solved.

Benz Monster has arrived and it looks good so far, It came packaged with a free opcom 1.95 which was a nice touch I also ordered some keys and they are top quality, look and feel like the genuine items.

Last week i doing EIS W203 on table.

I read HC12 by VVDIProg.

Then calculated keys CGDI MB.

I renew used (original MB) NEC key within adapter, then programming.

Key works.

All ok.

When i see price go up, that meaning tool become really good update after update.

I'm not saying tool is better than others, but for the thing it do (making key, spare or lost in CAN system) it is simple amasing fast and effecie.

ECU function will release later, one week? or some weeks? No one know yet.

40mn collect data, 10mn PSW calculation

He did with diagram connection i've made on bench.

I did my first in life Benz, it was W169/2010 and i out out password and added extra key btw. it was Chinese BGA 3 buttons from Anna, it taken about 10min. Great.

Compare with VVDI MB Tool, How CGDI MB Program W221

This is a process of CGDI MB key tool to program Benz W221. Take VVDI MB Tool as a comparison.You could choose the one you need by their price and performance.

This process will cost 20 minutes in 5 steps.


Step 1: Preparation & ready for 221MTSkey programming
Finish connection of CGDI Porg MB to the laptop and the car

Run CGDI Porg MB software


Step 2: Read and save EIS data
Go to EIS: read EIS and save EIS data


Step 3: Calculate password
Calculate password: collect data
(the car voltage should be more the 11.5V)

Remove the key from EIS, then click on OK

Again remove the key from EIS, then click on OK

Remove the key for 5 seconds, then insert it into EIS, then OK

Put the key into the CGDI Porg MB programmer, then OK

Save data, then upload data to calculate password

Search for the result

Copy the password

Go to EIS: read EIS, paste password, then save data


Step 4: Make key file
Generate EE: load EIS and make key file


Step 5: Write data into the key
Read & write key: read key/chip data, reset, open/write key

Important note:
smart key: format 41, normal key or key from deputy factories: format 51

Write data into the key successfully


Step 6: Check if the key is work or not
Test the key and it’s working

To add new keys to W221 when it lost all keys, you can do like this:
remove W221 EIS,
get eeprom by programmer (such as VVDI PROG),
then load eeprom to VVDI MB TOOL to prepare key file,
write key and insert to EIS for key learn.
